Q: Why buy from Eolea when other sites like Art.Com and Allposters.com offer cheaper pricing on prints?
A: That's simple: Eolea is a smaller company.. Our print costs are NOT outrageous by any means (in comparison to other photographers/photo sites), but it does cost a little bit more to print higher quality. We don't have 1,000s of mediocre prints to choose from, rather offer a select number of high quality prints that you won't find ANYWHERE else!

Q: What if I don't see the print size that I want/need?
A: Not a problem! Eolea would be happy to customize any order (larger OR smaller print sizes). Just let us know what you are looking for, and we will see what we can do to make it happen!

Q: I see a photo that I like, but it's not listed for sale in your E-Store. Am I able to obtain a print?
A: But of course! With the exception of portraiture and wedding photos (of course), you are more than welcome to contact Eolea with your desired print options. We would love to where we can!

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Eoleaphotography processes orders within 2-3 business days. Upon completion of order, items will be shipped to purchaser. Eolea uses standard USPS delivery times. It will take anywhere from three to seven days to receive your order.

Q: What if I place my order after midnight?
A: Orders received after 6 p.m.. PST will be processed on the following business day.

Q: Is the Eoleaphotography site secure?
A: Absolutely. Eolea partners with PayPal specifically to ensure that you, as the buyer, are protected. Paypal successfully secures millions of transactions, both international, and domestic.

Q: Does Eolea ship internationally, and are purchases secure?
A: Yes. Paypal's advanced anti fraud model helps protect buyers domestically as well as overseas.
